PARADISE UNKNOWN (The Ballad of The Lone Wolf) (M. Baluyut, 2012) Out in the wilderness I shall find my heart And it’s calling me to make a brand new start If I move out shall I go on and change my name Don’t you forget me, I forgive you, but things will never be the same Keep me in mind You’re the one who told me that nothing in this world would ever last I can see your thoughts were moving fast If you think that I’m in it just for the fortune and fame Well, think again, you don’t know how it is, child, and my passions shall always reign Keep me in mind I will find out one day What came into play Between you and I But for now Gotta move along Gotta ditch this town
2.
NEARNESS OF YOU (M. Baluyut, 2008, 2012) Love is okay, I knew it was true The fondness and joy of being with you The moment to seize, I’m begging you please Put all of my meddling troubles to ease The nearness of you It’s nice and so true With every moment I become When it’s all said and done I’m rambling along while singing this song Oh, but I know, it won’t last for long Becoming this thing, how long has it been? Of knowing how long you’ve made me clean The moment that I was with you The feelings were so true And everybody faded away Oh why you didn’t stay The moment that I was with you The feelings were so true And everybody faded and faded away Oh, the nearness of you It’s nice and so true With every moment I became And now it’s over
3.
GOODBYE, OK FINE (M. Baluyut, 2010) Away you go and I’m on an all time low And there’s no time to feel You ran away and my heart has gone astray And it’s so hard to deal I threw it all away I thought we were okay It’s you, the one who got away and now you’re gone Goodbye, that’s right, goodbye I love you so and so far that’s all I know And it’s a thought that I have to kill I’m out of place and there is nothing left to say Forever gone, unreal Now that we’re done I can’t see the sun It’s you, the one who got away and now you’re gone Goodbye, my love, goodbye It’s not the same You know your name It’s you, you’re the one who got away forever gone Goodbye, my love, goodbye Goodbye, my love, goodbye

Me & Mr. D 02:54
ME & MR. D (M. Baluyut, 2009) There he is watching over me Just waiting slowly for my soul to flee I feel the cold sting in his hands It feels quite weird and I don’t understand Hello there, tell me why you’re here? I’m not quite ready and I’m full of fear I don’t want to see what’s on the other side I hope you’ll find some time to change your mind I wish that I could tell them the things that are just happening inside my mind But he wouldn’t let me he’s pulling me further to the other side Hello there, oh don’t take me, please You got my baby crying on her knees I don’t want to see what’s on the other side Stepping over feels just like a crime The blackness of it all, the wonder of what’s next just seem to be sublime He’s giving me a wink, sending me some signals I don’t want to file Hello there, oh don’t take me, please But if it’s time, then make me ready, please I feel the cold sting in your hands It feels quite weird and I don’t understand Oh Death, won’t you take me, please And if it’s time then get me out of here Take my hand, you know I won’t fight I’m turning liquid, and I could see the light

A SLOW FALL OUT (M. Baluyut, 2012) I’m like a clock a-tickin’ And everyday’s another morning The grass in the fields I watch ‘em grow I don’t know what to call myself anymore Dream a dream for another night It’s been a while since I’ve lost a fight Into the deepest depths we go You and I, we’re on an all time low And you wonder if you can Fall in love with another plan Well, I tell you, it’s alright But for now, we don’t have to fight, do we? Outside in the open find your heart Someday you may tear yourself apart But tonight we feel another glow Teardrops falling like a snow Pick out what is left inside your heart Maybe we could make a brand new start However high however low In the end we will never know And you wonder if you can Kill our love for another plan Well, I tell you, that’s alright Nothing’s wrong nothing’s right In your mind and in my soul What we have has took its toll But I guess we’re still alright But for now, we don’t have to fight, do we? I’m like a clock a-tickin’ And everyday’s another morning The grass in the fields I watch ‘em grow I don’t know what to call myself anymore

The Stranger 07:05
THE STRANGER (M. Baluyut, 2012-2013) I. There’s a Stranger walking to a nearby town and he’s up on his feet Searching for the love that he used to have in an existence so bleak He passes by, them people stare, he’s on his own Yes, they see him but they don’t mind at all As he is waiting for The Call There’s a Stranger climbing on a desolate hill as he fills his empty heart Lighting up a cigarette he takes it all in, and then he lets it all out And there’s a longing deep inside him that shall never go away There’s a stranger walking and he feels like falling Wishing things, wishing everything would be okay There’s a Stranger sitting in an open field as he questions everything “Will I get wiser, as I get older? Will I ever find love again?” He talks to God, he tests his faith, he’s all alone And the snake is hissing from afar The sun is setting and it’s getting dark There’s a Stranger walking on the side of the road of an open highway Buses and cars, rivers and trees, nature of every kind And there’s a fire inside, a burning question And it’s asking, “What does it take to be man?” Will it ever make sense again? There’s a Stranger walking and he feels the wind blowing And the answer, and the answer is in his hands II. There’s a Stranger, fighting demons of the past and ghosts of doom In the darkness wrestling gods of greed and pain and hurt and gloom He says goodbye to the mistress and the mystics of the good times That has kept him from the light And he wonders what he’ll see as he comes out in the open There’s a Stranger, killing beasts in the barren wilderness He’s The Lone Wolf of the badlands and he cannot second guess As he’s broken, comes an Angel in the night Not to slay him, but to tell him, “it’s alright”. And he rises, black and blue, inside he heals while words are spoken
7.
MY HUMMINGBIRD (M. Baluyut, 2012) (HUM) Maybe someday we will understand All of the reasons why I held your hand And you’ll know That I will miss you One day there’s someone who’ll take my place I’ll be your Star in the outer space And I know, yes I know That you won’t forget me Try to move on, if you can Even if you’d want to hold my hand If I’d just know that I’d hate goodbyes Deep inside, you’re my peace of mind (HUM) You will understand Maybe I’d come back to hold your hand But I’ll leave it now to chance Oh I, you and I, I will miss you Try to move on, if you can Even if you’d want to hold my hand If I’d just know that I’d hate goodbyes Deep inside, you’re my peace of mind (HUM)
8.
SO FOR NOW I GUESS WE’LL SEE (M. Baluyut, 2012) Always searching for the truth, keep to try to understand All the mess that’s in my head, always searching for a plan So I could finally get to you, it’s a place I’d rather be But still I haven’t got a clue, so for now I guess we’ll see It’s a novel thing to be, just the way I think of you You’ll be the one to set me free, you’re so clean, so fresh, so new And if you’ll only read my mind, the way you move and shake my heart But there’s no thing as you and me, so for now I guess we’ll see And in the end of this solitary road Shall I find you when it’s done? Will we ever be so bold? And if we’d ever tell the truth that’s in the night Will it ever sound so good? Will it ever shed some light? Like the clouds up in the sky, our form of love just moves and fades And as the seasons come and go, our life stories shall be made And we’ll get older till we die, we’ll move along like the waves of the sea But there’s no thing as you and me, so for now I guess we’ll see
9.
CONSPIRACY THEORIST (M. Baluyut, 2011) Getting the facts alone in my room Searching things at dim light Putting the pieces into a zoom Watch the skies at midnight Everything’s hidden, I’m not surprised Blame it on my evidence Searching things that are from the Unseen All of it is making sense And the covers will be blown No one will be innocent Yes to believe in the Unknown It’s the greatest thing that’s ever been The world is my playground, I make the rules Coming to an inference What if the world is not what it seems – from aliens to presidents? I’m not to blame for what I have learned Getting all my facts straight Miracles, terrorists, the End of the World UFO’s and wars of hate And in my mind I have learned I’m not that innocent Yes to believe in the Unknown It’s the greatest thing that’s ever been All the secrets of the world Hidden at plain sight Yes to believe in the Unknown I subscribe to it day and night Conspiracy theorist

Summer Dirge 03:31
SUMMER DIRGE (M. Baluyut, 2012) Tired and restless I find solace in your violent heart I see the future fading Everything that goes must fall apart You and I will never realize the truth behind of not knowing what to do in anything And in time I’ll see you through behind those curtains where you hide (I will know you) But don’t you know that You’re the only reason why I sing and smile? I wonder if you remind yourself of who am I I wish there was a way for you to sing along Read me through my songs I need you Days go by and I get tongue-tied to even try I’m looking at the mirror and I’m getting old And you’re just there, existing I wonder if you think of me right now? And I will sing, anyway until you find yourself a reason to stay You are the crying heart on my easy chair And in the end I wonder how you’re doing now and where you are I wish that there was something else for me to hide But death is coming closer, and it’s, slithering Please, come home right now And I’ll sing with you
